Several weeks ago I reserved a couple of loungers on Resort Pass to spend a day in the sun for my husband's birthday, but when we arrived at Hotel Indigo they told us the pool was closed for a private party. The man at the front desk went and checked with his manager, who didn't even bother to come speak to us, and came back and told us to that we shouldn't have been able to book through the site for that weekend and to try and get our money back through Resort Pass. I think both the hotel and the platform are probably at fault here - Resort Pass should have the functionality to send me a notification if the hotel I've already booked at turns off availability for the weekend, but the site just showed 'sold out'. The hotel should have notified existing reservations that the pool would not be available. Overall I think the way the hotel handled it was really cold, no offer to fix anything and just a garbage experience. 

Turned Away on Arrival 

It was a nice view and the pool was also very nice. Nobody was there to check if we had lounge chairs or anything so we probably didnt need to purchase them. The rooftop pool bar and restaurant was closed until nighttime so we couldnt really order stuff unless we went downstairs. 

Nice views and pool 

Please be careful arriving too early, being in downtown the building covers the sun until noonish so you will be FREEZING until then. The cafe is out of service so if you get hungry you have to go down to the lobby to get food or drinks. Ive tried a few places, this one I wont do again.

My friend is visiting LA and I took her daycation here. We both enjoyed daycation at the Hotel Indigo! It was a great view and not crowded. Great experience!

Really great experience, its $15 for 3 hours of valet parking, the ambiance is perfect and amenities are top notch.

Great way to chill in the heart of LA

No music, no outdoor pool service. Only on weekends, and they dont disclose that. 

Not impressed

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a day-cation and spent the afternoon at Hotel Indigo. It was a very nice, laid back spot with an intimate pool and seating areas that overlook downtown LA. Great bar scene and the gym was super clean. Looking forward to coming back!
