Hilton Garden Inn Key West

This hotel pool is clean and nice.  It was not a party scene by any means but a nice quiet day.  The staff was a bit unaware of the Resortpass but was super helpful and figured it out after a bit.  The pool does not look nearly as big as the photos, it was clearly a select angle with a wide angle lens.  It was nice though and a good value if you want a clean pool with a family feel.

Clean and nice

This place was fabulous. Wonderful staff. Everything was up and running when we got there...outdoor bar,food was ordered and no long wait. I can't say enough about the staff. Wonderful.

Great Location

Was ok. The cool thing is you can use all 4 hotels that are associated with the Hilton in Key West however, there were some issues. When we checked in, no one really knew much about the resort pass. The pool was not heated, as an advertised. I purchased a day bed, and we did not get one, and it was $5 more per person. 

Was ok

Hot tub was out of service. Bartender was rude. Cushions were soaking wet. Drinks were way over priced for the thimble we received. Staff wasnt aware of resortpass so other people were using cabanas that we had to pay for.

Left after an hour

Front desk was nice. Delvin was extremely helpful and nice. Zoey the bartender was great and nice!

Great Customer Service 

The pool was nice and the bartender Leo was especially great. Someone posted on an earlier review that the pool was old and the grounds were dirty. This was not our experience.
They also have free diving intro sessions in the morning.
It was a nice experience.

Nice Pool and Bartender

My boyfriend and I went to key west from Miami just for the day, we didn't want to do any of the tours offered by the bus tour company, so we decided to do something on our own. The resort pass was a really great idea!! We booked at the Hilton garden key west, it is not on the beach but was what we expected, the pool area is not huge but ok, there was a hot tub that we took advantage of and one of the great feature at the Hilton was that we were able to use the Cabana at no additional cost! We went on a Monday so maybe on a weekend day it maybe unavailable. The only downside was that there were a couple of big iguanas by the pool which I am very petrified of and that kinda took away from me really enjoying my day. The iguanas were being fed by the hotel guest maybe that is why they were so comfortable  just moving around everyone. My boyfriend was not afraid did not mind but I was.

Great value

We had to check out of our Airbnb by 10am and had time to kill before our flight. We opted to buy a day pass here until our flight later that day. The pool area was nice and well kept. We were given access to all amenities. We had hoped to eat lunch here, however the bar/food didnt start until later than expected so we walked across the street. We had hoped the shuttle would be able to take us to the airport which was very close. But the shuttle only goes downtown. Overall a good experience.

This was last min after we found the beach to be too stinky because of the seaweed. Great choice to spend the day! Pool was nice, pool bar had great selections of food and drink, easy access to bathrooms as well. Definitely stay again! And Joseph at the front desk was very helpful as this was my first time using ResortPass.
