Hilton Americas-Houston

Had this spa on my radar for a while now and it was a wonderful experience. The indoor pool was large and the roof was perfect to keep away hot Houston  sun. But the large windows brings in the light and the beautiful downtown scenery. The spa had all the amenities. Next time I'll def get the massage combo, and I cant wait! 

Beautiful place for a Solo Date 

The lady was initially very nice.  Got our cards showed us where to put our luggage while waiting on our flight. Later on the man was rude even deactivated our cards and told us to get our luggage out of the way. Which is were the lady before told us to store them. He even went as far as to criticize us and not believe we had items in the spa area that we had been using

I would like to start off with saying that the staff is amazing. Making sure I had everything I needed., I look forward to returning the view was amazing. The pool was a breath of fresh air. 

AMAZING VIEW

The pool area with the hot tub and patio was closed. The women's locker room had a couple of men working on repairs in the locker area so I couldn't put my belongings away or get a robe or change clothes. I paid more for parking than the price of the pass and left within half an hour. I had hoped for a relaxing spa day, but I left feeling stressed out that I wasted over $100. I wish the pool closure had been updated on the resort pass site. 

Not worth it.

The staff here were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Great amenities I will be back for more services 

Great hospitality 

My husband and I went for a spa day. There was no one at the desk available so we couldn't get spa services like a massage or help with anything. There also was no robes or slippers in any of the lockers. We made the best of the day and enjoyed each other. but I would not recommend unless you call ahead to make sure someone is there.

Alright but a few issues

It was very clean and nice.  Didn't feel like they had many options for food and the women's changing room was very small. There were two of us and we took up the whole space.

Clean and relaxing

I had an awesome experience. It was on a Monday so I pretty much had the amenities to myself so I got to relax. I loved the sauna, steam room , lap pool and outside terrace. I was able to enjoy and read a book. The staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend
