Great time

Always a great time at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. Staff and service always attentive, beautiful property with multiple pools, hot tubs, a slide and a lagoon. The food is excellent also.

Fantastic afternoon. Staff related to the day pass were helpful, efficient, and courteous. Overall as advertised. There were some inconsistencies about the waterslide height restrictions that prevented our son from being able to use the slide even though other children of the same height were using the slide. That is on the facility, not on ResortPass. 

Great afternoon. 

We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants and happy to report we all had a great time! The pools were beautiful, very clean, not over crowded, fun to wind through all of the lazy rivers. The water slide was a blast! We found a shaded spot on the salty lagoon halfway through the day and our toddlers loved the gentle approach into the water and sand to play with. Beautiful view! Great food, had a perfect Chinese chicken salad. Didnt love all the cocktails but they were good! Would definitely recommend!

The person in the lobby should be more knowledgeable about how the pass works and explain the logistics. 

Resort 

Between all the different pools, slides, and hot tubs, there was something for everyone. Staff was attentive and kind, kids were loud but that can be fixed by going to the adults only section.

Lots of activities

We spent a day at the resort and had a great time. There were many people there but it was not hard to find lounge chairs. The pools are very clean and nice. We ordered nachos which were excellent. Will return next time on Kauai.

Stunning Location

Had a great pool day at the Hyatt.  nice location and tons of places to sit around the multiple pool areas.  never felt crowded or noisy!
great bartenders by the salt water pool - George and JB kept us well hydrated!

Fun Day at the Resort

Totally worth it! Recreation desk staff pleasant at check in. Plenty of available loungers. We posted up by the salt lagoon (kids) but there was plenty of space around the various pools. Not a lot of wait staff but that seems to be the case everywhere. Not a big deal, just walked over to the cafe myself. Definitely would do it again.
