Had an amazing time! Only downfall is Rodrigo the bartender is quitting because he has a bad manager.. Big loss for the outside bar for sure!! 

Great pool day!! 

Customer service sucks don't even bother. The front desk staff had no idea the resort pass was. The first young lady to assist me sent me on a wild goose chase looking for a man by the pool that was going to help. They did not provide a wristband or access to certain amenities as advertised. Then proceeded to tell me that all day passes conclude at 5 PM which the listing does not reference. I reached the front desk at 4:58 which is is the time I was able to after leaving the airport from my flight. She handed me two towels and told me to enjoy the pool and what left from the pass, which was two minutes. Then I ask her about the fitness center and she sent me upstairs with no way to access the fitness center. I contacted resort pass and their customer services is horrible as well they didn't answer no emails and theres no way to call to report anything. I left and did not use the pass. So upsetting. Resort pass has yet to respond to my request for my refund.

Perfect option when delayed waiting for a flight. We got a resort pass, service was super. Easy luggage valet, beautiful pool, very comfortable and fabulous mall mext door at Galleria Mall

Love this spot! Fun to watch the boats, great price point, yummy margaritas at the bar, usually not too busy so you can find a chair!

Easy Check in. 
Ronaldo at the Vue Outdoor bar was so much fun! Fish tacos were amazing! 
We stayed from 10:00 to 4:00pm. 
Also, the water taxi picked up was on site of the property. 

Great Location

The hotel dont want to honor our resort pass for the day. They dont even know what was this pass. Too late for us to be refund. It was the first time using resort pass so never gonna use it again!

Really bad

Overall the experience was ok.  The one thing that really made me question if I would do it again was the valet parking price:  on the app it said $5 valet parking but that was only with dinner at the resort..that was not posted as such.  Why say its one price when really there is no discount.
