Four Seasons Hotel Houston

As a customer of Four Seasons hotels in the past, I was expecting a higher quality experience than was had at the Houston Four Seasons. I should have known at the outset that the brand standard was falling short at this location when I called to request help with reserving a day pass (my postal code wasn't registering on their online credit card booking system). The Four Seasons Houston passed me off to three different people before telling me they would call back (they never did), for an overall hold time of over 30 minutes. While disappointing, it didn't deter us from obtaining pool day passes, as the weather was very hot that week. 

At the pool, the service wasn't particularly great and we were disappointed the pool and hot tub were both a bit dirty; there was scum along the pool walls and fairly significant sand piles in the hot tub. The lounger chairs were not cleaned that day, either. The bathroom was pretty rough for a luxury facility. Needed a good cleaning all around.

Great service 

The hotel staff is VERY nice, I had to rebook due to the natural disaster that occurred and both parties worked with me on rescheduling.

Not worth it 

This hotel is amazing. Every staff member made us feel very important and special. The quality of the hotel is exceptional from the room to the restaurants, pool, spa, etc. I made a reservation at the top golf suite for something different and it was exclusive and so much fun. The food and service is outstanding. We will be back! The resort pass is the best offer for our staycation.  We dont have overnight childcare and the resort pass made our fabulous visit possible. 

Best staycation ever

The check in was simple. We had the entire area to ourselves which was nice. I thought there was a heated pool but I guess they meant the jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi weren't clean. For it to be the Four Seasons, it wasn't very modern so the seating and area in general was outdated and my boyfriend made a comment about it so I wouldn't bring him back. It was an okay experience but the price was too high for the outdated look and feel of the space.

Great cabana and service

I reserved a cabana for our family's enjoyment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cabana itself. It felt like a genuine room, complete with a poolside wait staff and a convenient bar service. My only regret was I should have arrived as soon as they opened so I could enjoy longer.

Overall I enjoyed my time at the pool. Pool and hot tub were both nice. Staff is also very nice. 

Nice vibe!

It was a great experience the pool was quiet, not many people so my friends and I were able to work and lounge. The food menu is as expected pool food but it was very tasty. Bartenders and waiters were all very nice creative and great to talk to. The room you get is really nice with great amenities inside, including the cool air conditioning when outside just got too hot.
