Kind and attentive staff, friendly. Location was clean and lounge chair available early. Almost out of parking spots. Though advertised as 21+, Resort Pass must revise to include children of hotel guests are present.

Great service, decent stay, kids around

My husband and I chose to spend the weekday, holiday poolside. It was a great idea and totally worth it. The resort was gorgeous and the pool was big which was great because there were a lot of people there. Definitely have to go early to get chairs. We got food at the restaurant and drinks poolside, it was a good day. We did this this was an adult only space but there were a lot of kids and a lot of toys so not super serene. 

Great idea!

The location is easy to get to, pool is large, and space is well maintained. However, it was way too crowded and so many people were without chairs and towels. There were way too many kids (especially since the app says 21+).

Fun Pool Day but TOO Many Kids

Lovley pool with a great poolside restaurant. It was a Holiday so it was a bit crowded. Lots of children in pool so it was as relaxing as we thought it would be. But I guess its the beginning of summer 

Daycation

Could not have been more crowded. This place is a nightmare - dont waste your money with Resort Pass - go to the river, beach, lake instead. Literally anywhere but these grimy pools. 

AWFUL! 

Wow this place is a joke! It says 21+ and Serene on Resort Pass and that cant be further from the truth. It was packed with what looked like hundreds of screaming children, there was no where to sit at all, like not even on the ground, there was no parking (complimentary parking my as*). Ended up leaving within 5 minutes - trying to get my money back. 

HORRIBLE - DO NOT DO IT!

Beyond disappointing - my husband and I paid over 70 dollars for two pool passes, only to find ourselves without a single chair to sit in, no towels, and not even a patch of lawn was available for us to leave our belongings. Don't waste your time going here, clearly Resort Pass is an excuse to use every single inch of space. We did one loop around the pool and left immediately. Save your money and go somewhere else. 

Waste of time

This hotel and pool is. Perfect spot for me and my girlfriends to hang by the pool, to grab food at the restaurant and enjoy drinks by the pool. Also its super family friendly. 

Love this pool 

Location is really nice, great pool but way to many people. It was so crowded that it was impossible to find a chair to lay down and not a lot of grass to lay on the floor. I think they should definitely shorten the amount of entrance. 

Good

We got there early and were able to get great chairs front row to the pool. Lots of kiddos running around, but not a problem at all. 

We were a little bummed we werent able to order drinks to our chairs and that there was such  limited options for food.

Pool didn't seem to be heated, but it was hot enough so it was not a problem!
