I went for the first time at the spa for my girlfriend for her birthday . We did a spa day all the different amenities 
The moment you arrive the service is wonderful. You are being taken care and make sure you are comfortable but beyond that I want to mention Gaby who works at the amenities, sauna, steam room and salt and she made our day so special and  treat us like Princesses. she definitely made this whole day even better, I highly recommend the spa but make sure the day you go. Mrs Gabby is there.

Our spa experience was amazing! Customer service was excellent and spa services were worth it! Definitely take advantage of the spa package and dont forgot to go the beach!

We had the best day using the spa and the beach! Gabby was so kind and attentive that it brought us so much joy! Francesca gave me the best facial and provided top tier recommendations to help my skin.  We will be back!

Our experience was good since we got to the spa. Nothing I can complaint about. The place was spotless.

Great Location, beautiful place, clean

I 100% felt the second the hotel and staff knew I used the day pass, the service went down drastically.  I was not checked on throughout the day the way other guests were, I went to the beach and not one attendant ever came to greet me and/or set up my chair and umbrella.  It was very disappointing to see the lack of attending to my needs considering this day was still not cheap!

Totally Felt Like a Second Class Citizen 

Had an amazing time with the spa day pass. Had a 50min deep tissue massage, which was exactly what my body needed. I absolutely loves the steam room. Then ended my time on the beach. 

Amazing way to spend my birthday!

I got this day as a christmas present and had the best experience. Very kind people, impecable facilities, and truly organized service. I really had a relaxing day, the massage was amazing, the salt cave, the showers, the terrace..... every part is been planned and prepared to offer a one of a kind experience

BEST SPA IN FORT LAUDERDALE

I paid 400 hundred dollar for me and my wife to get spa passes.  
There were no spa services available
There was no food available 
There was no drinks available 
Worst we weren't allowed into the pool area

Misleading and deceptive 

My mom, sister and I bought the Beach Spa pass for my birthday. It was raining so we weren't able to use the beach. The staff was very pleasant and the spa clean. Next time, I will skip the pass and just get a service since you get all the same spa amenities with a service.
