I found the facility spotless pool water was crystal.clear. The only thing I would say is they need to be just a little bit more organized at the front desk upon entry. They seem to fumble a bit and trying to figure out how to find out if I had a pass and what the pass was about. Overall, great day ar the pool. Loved the courtyard area to get some  sun.

Great daycation

The place was dirty, depressing and expensive. Dave your money. Go somewhere else. 

Disappointed. 

Not that clean of a pool area. The pool even though its inside is pretty chilly. So the winter time not ideal. The hot tub save the experience. But overall not that clean and not that great. We will not go back.


Not great 

I got a resort pass at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael because the pool I go to is closed for 9 days.  I had heard that they had opportunities to swim there, so I gave this a try, and I am so glad that I did.  First off, the staff was amazing.  Super nice, friendly and so welcoming.  The pool wasn't huge, but it was big enough for me to do what I needed to do, swim some laps, do some water exercises and water walk a bit.  Luckily there were only a few people using it when I arrived, which made it even better.  They also had bathrooms with showers, which enabled me to shower off, and get changed which was great.  Just so much better than I expected and I will certainly be going back several times.  Give this a try sometime, its great.  

Super great experience!!  

Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold they said the heater wasnt working. The pool area was dirty and bugs everywhere. I made the best of my time there anyways and bought food from the restaurant and that was great. They should up keep the pool the same as the inside by the bar & restaurant thats fantastic. 

Pool Time 

My experience at Embassy Suite was awesome.  Clean. There provided nice clean towels and the cleaning lady came around and removed the wet ones. Pool and sauna looks clean and surrounding area. 
Definitely going back 
Only downside, is the women's bathroom was not working, so I had to use the men's. Didn't see a locker room either

Great Location

front desk personnel wasn't too friendly but the Interaction with Tori was very pleasant. She was so accommodating and polite. Pool area was clean and spacious plenty of seating inside and on the outdoor patio with a lovely view. The pool room echoes a lot and its very loud when people are talking or splashing in the pool. Its hard to have a conversation without yelling. The restaurant was convenient but over priced the staff were super nice! You can only get food boxes to go as if it were room service. There are 2 bathrooms available with showers which was nice but 1 of them didnt have a lock and the showers only had cold water. That was disappointing after a day of swimming it wouldve been nice to have a warm shower to clean up and wash our hair after before leaving. Especially since we werent guests with room access.

Convenient location, very scenic 

Swam with fam, got an additional pass for a friend who ended up being one of two kids to get sick after.  Pool and hot tub was dirty.  

Has Potential but Pool was dirty

We really had hopes of this being a great option for us with our kids esp in the winter when we've been getting so much rain and little change in daily activity. The value/price per person was not worth it. The pool itself, the jacuzzi, the bathrooms and floors inside the pool area were all DISGUSTING. Our toddler ended up getting sick with fever and vomit from what we assume was taking in water from this filthy pool.

Fun but Filthy!

First the good. The staff was so so nice, they even let us have breakfast for free since they were still serving! Location was so convenient for a rainy day pool activity. The pool was warm and there’s also a hot tub! 
The bad. It was dirty. The pool was fine (not crystal clear, but fine). But the pool deck was dirty. Hair, food, just gross. And we were there before 10a so not like it was run over with kids before we got there. The towels were horrible. Thin, old, my car towels are in better condition. The bathrooms were gross too. Hair, water, just gross.

Could be so great
