We had an amazing day at Dreams Macao Beach!

Amazing day!

Horrible beach. Awful food. I would recommend just staying at Bavaro or Juanillo Beach. This is a place that I do not believe is enjoyable. The nicest pools, beach areas and restaurants are not available for day pass.

Never again 

The resort was very nice beautiful breathtaking views the pool was the perfect temperature with the swim up bar food was ok but edible nice staff you could walk out straight to beach which was amazing. 

The spa was incredible hydrojet was so nice the breathing room cleared up all my sinus the fresh juices was so refreshing. 

Only thing someone went into my locker that was locked and stole about 600 pesos. A staff member at the pool did warn me to not leave anything around but I thought it was be safe in a locker. Before I left the pool everything was there. Its unfortunate this would happen at a 5 star resort which one of the staff members reset my locker to get it open because the code wasn't working. After using the spa my locker was open after I locked it with a new code. So please be cautious of this other than that the day pass experience was great!

Beautiful location 

I have stayed at other Dreams location and they have much more to offer. I did not like limited access to restaurants. 

Disappointing. 

Resort is top notch. However, they have no system in place for day passes. Front desk personnel did not know what to do. Took 30 min to check in. I dont know if I would call that check in. You feel like an outcast because they have no bracelet or system in place. So we were asked for a confirmation multiple times - for lunch, access to the beach, towels .. each time they were calling front desk to verify. Embarrassing and unnecessary. Just get day pass bracelet so the staff knows you are allowed in the resort. Simple as that.  Also they asked to keep our passports-  Whatttt? We refused of course. No resorts takes possession of your passport for the time you are there. We had family staying there so we just started using they room number for everything.

While visiting Punta Cana, we wanted the opportunity for some kid friendly activities that weren't necessarily excursions. If you've already ziplined, parasailed, etc., you want to do something different. Well, Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana gave us so many options - arcade, bowling, infinity pools, beach, beach games, water parks/slides, unlimited food and drinks that were actually very tasty. If your resort is lacking or if you're tired of excursions, try Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana. You won't be disappointed.
