GREAT EXPERIENCE

I visited this location for an early morning/afternoon pool day. Super awesome that this location offers pool passes for $30. It covers parking and for that price, it makes it such a convenient spot when you want to avoid beach traffic. Location was super clean, staff were extremely friendly, and the pool was great! Spent a few hours there and will definitely keep this location in mind going forward!

great day/pool trip

The front desk staff was nice and gave us cookies and waters but the pool is just ok and the food and drinks are very expensive. The hotel didnt appear to be very busy so I think the price could go down to $20. Also, they closed the pool because kids threw glass in it and someone cut their foot. 

Overpriced 

This place is a hidden gem. We went on Memorial Day. It wasnt crowded. The restaurant is next to the pool and restrooms are easily accessible. The pool overlooks the bay and the mangroves. We saw several dolphins. If you are looking for upscale and top notch customer service this isn the place for you, but if you want a beautiful view and a laid back vibe along the bay, it is the perfect place.

Hidden gem

If youre looking for a true resort with good service and good drinks, this ISNT the resort for you. This is more for pool goers who arent interested in drinking. The service was not friendly at all. Super long line. But nice pool. 

Good location - bad bar

Beautiful view 
No servers if you want anything you have to go and get yourself, lizards and bugs everywhere, I left because they have a dog jumping on the pool

The hotel was in a great location and the pool had a beautiful water view. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible from the pool. The restaurant/bar was also easily accessible but unfortunately on the day I went it was extremely short staffed and there were long wait times even to just get a drink. I would still go back as the price for the resort pass was great, beautiful location, and complimentary parking were nice bonuses. 

Great location

There was only one server working the pool bar and BlueFin restaurant. There should be at least 3 servers to better serve your guest, especially when hungry.
