Great Value !

We had a pleasant experience and we have the staff to thank for that. We booked a cabana through ResortPass and it more than paid for itself. From the moment we entered the lobby and told the front desk that we were there for the day through our pass, they just took care of everything we needed. I'm very thankful. If we're ever in the Scottsdale area again, we're for sure going to go back.

Great Value for the Money

Not about Resort Pass, the service is fine.  However, this hotel is disgusting. There was garbage in our cabana and the fabric was full of stains.  The chairs around the pool had garbage/food the entire time we were there. We tried to submit a drink ticket and the bartender didn't want to "deal with that".  I am very disappointed, not with RP but with the hotel.  Definitely not worth $100.

Dirty, gross, awful.

First I want to start off by saying that the only reason I gave this hotel another chance is because we were told to come back from the last horrible experience & promised by mgt next time would be better. It was actually much worse. 
Let me start with the pros:
-check in process was smooth & easy 
-Parking: Could park anywhere on the property except valet for free & no pass/window paper was needed.
Cons:
-Cabana at the Azure pool was not even a cabana. The cloth (yes cloth, not even curtains) covering it was completely ripped, torn, worn, rotted & didn't even close so there was zero shade (I have pictures).
-The very tiny couch in the so called cabana was so filthy. Full of stains, blood, food, hair, etc (I have pictures).
-Cabana service was NON EXISTENT. Not one person served us, we had to go to the restaurant anytime we wanted a drink or food. 
-Azure pool bar didn't' open until almost 1pm because the bartender had family issues.
- No pool towels available

Very chill pool, lots of shaded seating. Has an outdoor bar that offers drinks and food.

Nice pool

I used my Resort Pass Mothers Day gift to rent a cabana for my daughter and myself. The hotel did not have our reservation. The did give us a cabana when I showed them the receipt. They were very courteous and helpful. The cabana was ok, we ordered food and drinks which were good. The pool was nice. 
I used my $100 gift certificate and had to pay another $130.00 when I booked the cabana thru Resort Pass for a total of $230.00. The desk clerk told me the cost of the cabana is normally $75.00.

Cabana experience

Nice, old school sprawling resort. Food was good, plenty of shade and very pretty vegetation. Not a young party scene which was great for us!

Best resort pass!

Best resort pass I have purchased so far! Wonderful pool area, sparkling clean, a  cabana bar with awesome drinks! Alan is a mixologist, I highly recommend trying some of his specialty summer drinks !! A great restaurant close by with plenty of options for lunch!
