Amazing location 

Check-in was odd, staff wanted me to use Q Code Reader to download Waiver when I had no WI-FI and I showed them my Resort Pass Confirmation email so they should have known I wasn't a guest at the hotel. Eventually he took me to another check in desk where I was presented with a printed paper copy of the Waiver to read and sign. As a first time to the resort, they did not ask if I know the locker location etc. Restroom signs were visible. 
Other than that, it was a great day, very good food and drinks, enjoyed the pool lazy river, music and waterslides.
I made the mistake and self parked the car which cost me more instead of Valet Parking. Next time I'll know better.

Great Day and Location

We had an amazing family day, staff very nice and helpful. Amenities clean and well maintained. Will be back again and again! 

Super fun day! 

We booked a cabana on the lazy river to celebrate Fathers Day. Our attendant Dennis provided excellent service. My daughter enjoyed the kids cove. The pool depth ranges from 3-5ft, perfect for everyone to enjoy. My son and husband rode all of the slides multiple times. We ordered pizzas, chicken tenders with fries, and a pitcher of lemonade.

Literal paradise in Fort Lauderdale and the food was delicious!

Parking was $35 there were not chairs available so get there early. Rides were fun

Given the overall feel of the resort, I would expect its entire upkeep to be A1.  However, it is not and there is room for improvement.  Given the cost and location I expect above average cleanliness.  The furniture and overall cleanliness are sub-par, especially in the cabanas, which are not inexpensive.  The furniture should be disinfected and washed with a cleanser. The pillows and cushions should be cleaned after use each and every time.  Not only is that gross it's very likely that you'll be get sick! There is no reason that the refrigerator, tables, chairs, etc. should not look clean, hygienic and inviting. Because of this it diminishes the entire experience.   This is a huge failure.  No one wants to pay for an average experience at an expensive cost.  Tidal Cove do better.  The wait staff are at least doing their job.

No one should pay for dirty facilities!

The resort its self is nice but the staff is unorganized, inattentive and rude. It started immediately at the check-in process. They had guests waiting in front of them and did not greet them or even prompt them on what they needed to see or explain anything just standing there. Then once it was completed (because of guest initiative) they did not explain what areas we were entitled to, how to get towels, and there are no signs explaining. The bar staff was fairly efficient but not polite. The drinks and food were overpriced. The resort did not have competent staff at the bottom of the slides to indicate the different options nor to ensure that lines were respected and would be frustrated that the lines were unorganized. When we would try and flag down an employee they would be rude and not even stop to talk to you. So what the resort has to offer is nice, not really worth $95 and it is clean but the staff ruined the experience.
