Welcome experience lovely from front desk. Very nice bartender without much assistance. It took an hour to get service delivered from a skilled but understaffed counter . So order early ! Not very clean in pool floating tissues disintegrating grossing out many guests and not addressed . One of bathrooms toilet bowl smeared underneath rim with fecal matter also not cleaned as bathroom not maintained. I left early as lack of hygiene not  very pleasant towards end of day 

Excellent location 

I'll start with the positive, the service which was amazing. Our server was incredibly sweet, helpful and accommodating. Overall the staff was friendly. My issue was they only had TWO sun beds in the entire place. The picture provided on resort pass is completely deceiving. The remainder of the chairs are these odd chairs that can extend a little bit down, but not fully. And you definitely can't lay on your stomach. I definitely wouldn't spend $55 on a pool that doesnt have sun beds, so for that reason alone I won't be coming back. Also, the area was a little bit windy, but outside the pool area wasn't. Which makes me think it's in a bit of a wind tunnel. The wind was nice when it was super hot, but was frustrating when it would spill our drinks when they were just sitting on the table.

The inside of the hotel is really cute, love the design.  The pool area is nice for the amount of space they have however when it gets crowded (which happens quickly!) it's not that great.  We rented a daybed which was comfortable for 3 people but there is a shortage of umbrellas - so if there is someone in your family/party who would like some or all umbrella coverage it's a problem.  The pool is tiny but sadly that seems to be the trend now with hotel pools. The food and drink service by the pool isnt great.  Only two people for an area that lets in a ton of people.  You will have to wait a long time for everything OR just get what your need yourself BUT - keep in mind the service charge is already added to the bill.  Bathrooms were clean and the pool was clean.  I think it would be good if they let in less Resort Pass people?  Between the hotel guests and the resort pass folks there were too many people.

Just Ok

Great pool and lounge. Very comfortable seating. Quiet, peaceful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kids had so much fun. Will definitely return!

Great pool area

This location was very cute and chill. It does say adult only on the description, but it is not. It was a fun day hang for my friends and I. The food was pretty tasty and the staff was very nice.

THE POOL EXPERIENCE AT CAMEO HOTEL IS REALLY WONDERFUL. I WANT TO GO BACK. THE STAFF THERE IS VERY FRIENDLY, GOOD DRINKS, FUN MENU. LOVE IT THERE

REALLY REALLY NICE

We really enjoy this pool and the vibe and energy from the staff.  We got a daybad which provided great pool access and nice share (that came with an umbrella), the poolside menu is nice and the staff is always warm and welcoming. This was our second time back, and we'd come back again!

I LOVE COMING TO THE CAMEO POOL. IT IS PEACEFUL TO LAY OUT, THE STAFF IS KIND AND FOOD IS YUMMY! WILL COME AGAIN AND AGAIN XO
