Andaz San Diego

The weather was cloudy the day we went, which resulted in not many people showing up, therefore they never even checked our info... So I spent $200 to sit on a daybed that I could have simply walked up to and had free. Nobody even got in the pool the whole time. Total waste of money.

Ripoff

I was confused on where to check in. I let the waitress know that I had a reservation and see responded ok any lounge chair that was available. I had reserved a day bed , so when I saw the only available day bed with a reserved sign I assumed it was mine.
The waitress stopped me and told me not take take the day bed. There was a little bit of an argument. I showed her the reservation on my phone. 
Finally she walked away. She never returned for our drink or food order. 

Started off bad 

We went on a Monday and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and responsive, the pool was clean and warm, food and drinks were tasty, and not too busy so I could work remotely! 

Perfect for a staycation 

I had a great experience at the Andaz on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. Great place to bring the laptop for remote workers which is my summer goal!

Beautiful rooftop location. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Lovely warm pool.

Nice pool

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time enjoying the sun and the time by the pool. Food and drink service was really good and they were very attentive.

Quiet and relaxing 

The personel at the hotel were really nice, the pool was great and it had an amazing view!  Will definitely come back with friends!

Location great, service great. Very nice place. Not crowded and very pleasant. Life music very  nice.
