My husband and I booked a cabana on Memorial Day and were very impressed. The location is close to downtown. The pool area is large with a full bar, minimal children. Music selections ranged in variety and added to the overall experience. Service was amazing and all staff was friendly. Will definitely return!

Great Vibes & Service!

From the moment I called ahead to inquire about the Ace hotel, I was floored by the friendliness and competence of the staff - and this only got better after I arrived! What was the deal-break to choose this place? They have. A Martin. Acoustic. Guitar. In the lobby for ANYONE to play! Who can match this musical awesomeness?? Ill be back, Ace Hotel! :)

Outstanding Staff & Vibes!

Relaxing!

Dropped by on a Wednesday and enjoyed a poolside daybed. The pool staff was accommodating and friendly! 

Chill pool vibes

The pool is open for hotel guests only before noon, NOT at 7am (as advertised by resort pass) . By the time noon comes there are NO chairs. 
The Music was terrible. 
Service was slow. However, the staff were great. 
The club sandwich was so delicious. 





It was okay..

We loved our afternoon at the Ace. Tasty snacks, amazing drinks, fun pool! 

So relaxing! 

Really fun experience, friendly staff for the most part, delicious eats and drinks. There was also a dj but it was perfect pool vibes music - nothing too intense! We loved it, def coming back!

The staff was so rude. You ask them one question and they are all annoyed to answer you or help you. The DJ sucks and is also extremely rude. The place is dirty.
