Great pool! 

ive come here a handful of times and the pool is always clean, food and drinks are tasty and they have  plenty of seating. my only want is music playing outside. maybe more speakers or a dj on the weekends.

Such a fun vibe. Friendly staff and patrons. Water temp was perfect. They could use some more shade but otherwise perfect. 

Amazing!! 

Not bad for a motel right next to the freeway. But I don't know if it's worth $35. There weren't any available chairs or clean towels when we arrived. And they didn't provide a pool key, making trips to the restroom inside annoying. 

Okay

 First the good: The pool itself. The staff, especially Adriana who had to work extra hard to make up for the problems. The towels were nice. The lobby is beautiful and the environment is nice. The bad: First of all, the listing on the RP website states that food and drinks from the pool bar are available from 1 on so we arrived hungry a little before then. When we arrived we were informed that the pool bar wouldn't open until 3. We let them know that we needed to speak to a chef because we have food allergies and by 3:30 when no one had come to talk to us we were told that there would be no food until 4. By this time we were completely miserable and starving and we could have drinks but we were too hungry. Finally when we could talk to the chef we learned that in spite of boasting a Michelin star chef the food and drinks all sounded great but was made with the cheapest ingredients. At the very least the manager needs to adjust the information on the listing so can people come prepared

Nice Pool, Huge Issues

It was a simple pool, but clean and good for a day of relaxing. The hotel bar was mediocre. Would recommend if youre looking for something simple

Great Decor

The booking through the app was great, however, the experience once there, not so great. 
Once I arrived the girl at the front told me their Resort Pass computer program wasn't working, she went ahead and my phone for confirmation though, so that was good. I was walked out to the pool and given my choice of cabana because they were all empty. 
No staff ever came out and brought us menus, offered us the complimentary bottles of water that were advertised as part of the package and when we went inside to ask for the WiFi password, that was also advertised as part of the package, they claimed not to know it and they would find out and come let us know. Never happened. 
Almost $90 to sit by a swimming pool for a few hours, be ignored by staff, have to request what was supposed to be part of the package is way too much. 
We definitely will not be back nor will we recommend this place. 

Cabana Experience

I am very disappointed with the customer service aspect.  I unfortunately became Ill with COVID and was unable to use the day pass and cabana rental that I purchased.  I was scheduled to go on Labor Day, but I tested positive for COVID.  I was informed that I could not get a refund and I would have to use the pass  on another day (which, for me, was not helpful because I was not able to take anymore time off). Therefore, I was charged $140.  This is just poor customer service. I will not be visiting this establishment in the future. 

Resort Pass

I was really hoping for a better experience. I had stayed at the Tuxon before so I know the service is good and the pool is enjoyable but this experience was different. We rented a cabana and all met up for a friends birthday. The rental was suppose to come with bottled water and pool side service. We didn't get the water and had to order at the bar. I think it was because they only had one person working the bar. Not all of the cabanas have a bed but luckily we got the last one. I would have been very upset if we would have been stuck with the one with 2 reclining chairs.

Alright Experience
