Your pool was closed due to someone passing away earlier this week. You didnt notify me or provide a refund. I did NOT get to use the pool!!! Very unprofessional 

No notification or refund from pool closing down

I would like to request a refund for yesterday's visit. I booked it for my Family that came in from California. My Daughter,Son in Law and 3 Grandbabies were at the pool and smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Two men were in one of the Cabanas smoking. I asked her to let management know,but she said she was scared since she felt like the men would know it was her since it was just them at the pool. I've used your service several times and never had an issue. Feel horrible that my Family had to go through this.They left in about a hour due to feeling very uncomfortable.

Looks Good

Went here with my wife and 8 year old to relax
and beat the heat. We had to pay an additional $10 just to park at the hotel which we thought was a ripoff, but the experience at the pool was as not good. When we walked out to the pool there was a DJ playing VERY loud rap music and it smelled like weed throughout the hotel. There were only tables and chairs, no lounge chairs to layout. We stayed for maybe 5 minutes and left.

Not the relaxing experience we hoped for

While they are making good renovations from the previous hotel.  They still
have some room for improvement.  The pool area was nice but needed more upkeep.  Staff was great and friendly.  Love the music.

I considered cancelling but,so glad I didn't we all enjoyed ourselves and it was a fun atmosphere 

Birthday 

The check in process was very easy and the staff was welcoming. We loved the food and the inside restaurant was very accommodating. I reduced stars because the covered table and chairs that are pictured in the booking is not what you are actually renting. The rental is for a regular table off to the side. I think they should update the photo to give the guest a true representation of what they can expect.

A little misleading 

This was my first resort pass and the opportunity to hang out at a pool without the commitment of a room was an ete opening experience.  We will be doing it again!
