Friendly service, good food and relaxing pool

The male front desk agent from Jamaica was excellent with his customer service, not just with me but observing with other guest and bartender was great. There was a female in the afternoon that was just standing there at the front desk and did not ask if I needed any assistance but thank God the gentleman assist when he was done with the other guest. However, you need to do something about those iguanas, I was feeding my baby on the pool and 4 of them surround me and start eating my food that was beside me. 

Nice hotel

We were there for the day before we headed to the airport in the evening.  It was the perfect stop.  Pools were extremely clean.  Convenient pool bars.  Clean facilities and great landscaping.

The hotel was exactly as described.  Thank you.  They didn’t have my reservation for some reason (we reserved a day room) but they worked i to get one ready for us


Great amenities and supportive staff

The dark dank room they offered was a room so far from the pool you couldn't see the pool after waiting 20 min to go up the elevator because there a as only 1. The advertisement stated a room by the pool. The manager said :the hotel is by the pool" . As for resort pass they were unavailable by phone or chat and emailed me to handle it myself with the manager. The manager said it had to be handled by Resort PASS SO we left by the time we got a email from resort pass they said it was too late for a refund because the hotel had offered us a room and they had cashed in the resort pass voucher. We never used our room. I would NOT recommend RESORT PASS or 24 North!

Definitely will do this again. Very peaceful.  Everything was clean.

Good value 

The pool is beautiful and fun. The poolside cabana has good food and better drinks. The grounds are nice if you want to sit out on the chairs on the grass and relax. There is also a really good food truck on the grounds (Blind Pig! 5 stars, Highly recommend! ). That is what you are booking this pass for - the pool, maybe the poolside exercise room, the food truck and its proximity into downtown Key West and/or the airport.  However, if you book the day room option be aware that check-in is a nightmare - people and bags everywhere and very limited to no rooms available at the 11:00 start time.  I didn't get into my room until at least noon both days I used this pass. I booked this pass twice and had the same experience both days. I only went back the second time because I need a place close to the airport for my toddler to nap before our flight.

Nice Pool but...

The hotel and the location was great, the front desk lady wasn’t that nice, she need to be more careful.
