The Hilton was a good way to kill time in the area prior to our flight home later that evening. However Resort Pass has really awful customer service. I have been trying to dispute two erroneous charges on my credit card from them and not only do they not respond via email after about a week, they also have no phone number to talk to a human about your experience. I came here on a solo trip from San Diego, and had a blissful day relaxing. I was in the cabana the whole day and enjoyed the spa as well. Thankful for this experience.

While parking may be expensive (it is near the airport after all) the room is extremely quiet, and the hotel amenities are great. From pool to fitness center, to a relaxing room, its a great spot.

It was a peaceful experience. So many pools to choose from.

This was an amazing place to hang out after getting off a cruise ship and having to wait nine hours for a flight. The hotel and pool areas are clean. The staff is exceptional. Very easy to use.

This hotel was a great option for a resort pass. I booked for the ambiance, gym, and beach access. The gym was huge for a hotel and have a wide variety of machines in great performance. Although, there was not an area to shower over before heading to the beach after the workout, there was a shower to rinse by the pool. The beach was beautiful and the food that tasty and fresh.

Everything we ordered tasted great and I'd love to go back to try a few more items. Overall, it was a great work-from-pool ambiance. However, the service really needs to improve. It was a slow cloudy day with only about 2-3 other parties at the pool. I tried to wave down the pool server 3x and he would look right at me and keep walking. The Ace hotel is always clean, welcoming, and fun. The Alto is a wonderful escape from the City in a great location with a great menu. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and curate a great ambiance.
