ResortPass partners with hotels to offer Day Passes, Spa Passes, and Cabanas, for guests that don't have a hotel room booked, but would still like to enjoy the pool and amenities.
When you purchase a ResortPass, you'll have access to the amenities listed on the hotel page of our site. Prices and availability vary per date, so please select the date you wish to visit the hotel to see these details. When you're ready to book your pass or cabana, simply select the hotel on our site, and select the date on the calendar that you wish to go.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, with a Booking ID#, which you'll use to check-in at the hotel. You'll then have access to the areas that are detailed in the pass or cabana description that you purchased for that day. Find out more about ResortPass in our blog.

Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation, Day Passes may be canceled or changed up until 11:59pm the night before your booking date. Bookings can be canceled for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day.

You can self-cancel your Day Pass booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit. If you cancel your booking and receive a full refund on your Mastercard, your statement credit will be reversed.

Most Cabanas, Daybeds and Day Rooms can be self-canceled or changed up until 10am on the day BEFORE your booked date.

Note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy listed on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow that hotels specific cancellation policy as they do take precedence and we must enforce this. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings.

When making a booking with a ResortPass Credit, you will be eligible for the Offer when, after the ResortPass Credit is applied, the remaining amount of the booking is $200 or more on a qualifying Mastercard.

Yes, you need to pay for your ResortPass purchase with your Mastercard World Elite or World consumer credit card in order to receive a statement credit.

You can identify your Mastercard World Elite card by the holographic brand mark on the back of your card. Additionally, you can call the customer service number on the back of your card to obtain confirmation. You can also confirm with your financial institution.

You should see your statement credit reflected in your billing statement up to 60 days after purchase. The credit will appear in your statement as a refund line item.
