I was very satisfied with the service. I was able to leave my luggage and enjoy resort amenities. The pass also included complementary shuttle service to the airport.

I booked this for my friends' birthday, Pedro and Arturo were very attentive, and the samples were delicious. The only thing I would say, is that the picture displayed on resort pass is of a pool that's still under construction so it's not the same pool we were met with. We also booked 2 cabanas because it said max was 3 per cabana but other families were sharing Cabanas of 3+. The complimentary champagne, 10% off food and drinks + the discounted parking made up for it and was a nice bonus.

The property was very clean. the staff very friendly, the drinks were flowing.

it was nice and convenient for the price, had a day room while waiting to board a later flight free shuttle to and from airport worked well, staff friendly room a little dated

I had a day pass to this resort and definitely recommend. The swim up bar and slide definitely kept us entertained. The beach was beautiful as well and had a great restaurant to dine at.
