Grand Geneva Resort & Spa

The pool is situated with a nice few and pool staff was friendly and attentive. But, there is not a nice bathroom or locker room to change in. The bathroom off the indoor pool was dated and dirty.  Not a great situation if you're coming for day and driving from Chicago and dont have a place to clean up and reset. 

Pool with a view by amenities are lacking 

After a crazy weekend of work, this is exactly what we needed!

Always a beautiful day at GN! grounds are immaculate and customer service is a 5+. College working kids and staff excellent  job keeping everybody busy and entertained poolside. Although it is a Wisconsin law that you cannot bring food/beverage into the pool area, I totally disagree with this. families especially w/several small children cannot afford snack shop pool service. Rooms priced high so opted for pool pass. 50/day plus tax, and did not want to spend even more money. Towel included and plenty of chairs. DJ a nice touch as well.

Nestled in beautful golf course scene & Nature!

This is my first time using this app, and being at this location was the best experience of my life. I can't wait to use this app again the next time I have a day off from work.

Great location 

I would give them a 5 Star just in customer service alone. We were treated and taken on a tour of the facility. The room service order to the spa was pretty timely and handled with ease. The spa area though was too loud for my liking. There was also small kids on the work out equipment which I dont think was safe. Nor the women drinking in the hot tub. Just my opinion could have more people watching what was going on so others could enjoy themselves and no one could get hurt.

Perfect day!

The pool was very nice, not crowded even though the hotel had multiple conferences and weddings happening. The poolside bar was well staffed but they never came to take orders and I ateD you had to go up to the bar to order.

Experience at the pool and bar area was great. Outside was nice and clean. Lots of chairs. 
ISpa area was so so, out dated and not very clean in certain areas where water can build up. I wouldnt purchase the spa again. We didnt time lunch too well because some of the restaurants close for a bit before they open again.
