Great place 

The staff as not so friendly/ welcoming. You wear a bracelet which makes u stand out (didnt like that). The jacuzzi was full of little kids that never got out to go to the bathroom. The location was great & it was hot so that was great. The food was good enough for what it was. Just way too many unsupervised kids I didn't  get to use all the facilities that were supposed to be available and the check in / out  lady was no help at all.  

Great location 

Showed up for some R&R by the pool.  Encountered a party vibe with DJ that was not expected but fit in with my holiday plans.  Staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice and clean.  Had an issue with getting my Burger within a reasonable time but apparently, they were understaffed (for a holiday weekend?).  Overall, it was a good day, and I would definitely return.

Nice pool day.

Was disappointed by the DJ blasting music like it was spring break, and all the people and kids splashing about. There were very few lounge chairs for the size of the space, none of which were available. I imagine it might have been due to the Memorial Day weekend. Depends on whether this is what youre looking for or not, but was the opposite of a relaxing getaway which I was seeking.  

Dont go on a holiday weekend

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The check-in counter promptly greeted us and welcomed us with two warm cookies. We spent the entire day at the pool. There was a DJ at the pool until 5pm, which created a fun vibe. There was a diverse group of attendees ranging from families to small groups without children. There was drink and food service at the pool bar with staff taking your order from the comfort of your lounge chair. Overall great experience!

Beautiful Resort with a Great Vibe

The cabana was worn and not ready for us when we arrived. Had to ask for cooler and snacks which we didn't get what they say is included. 

Nice pool

Not enough shade; over priced drinks at the poolside bar; The pond outside was filled with liter. This all made me question why I chose this location. I probably wont go back again. The bathrooms were flooding. Felt like total neglect and starved for revenue. 

Decent location but bad customer experience

The Double Tree has a lovely pool. What I found different from other pools we have visited through resort pass is the lack of food service at pool side. You have to hike into the bar to order food. Also, no one is minding the store at the pool. A women was taking selfies for over an hour wearing inappropriate attire in sexually suggestive poses. I assume she was posting the pictures business purposes. Had an attendant been minding the pool area, I don't think she would have carried on as she did. It was our third visit and we will go again. Just a little more presence at the poolside by staff members would make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
