I had an amazing experience, in the pool and the jacuzzi, this place have a great view and great food, I was able to enjoy the beautiful place a great experience and the people who were there were very friendly and caring. I Will be planning another visit for a relaxing day.

Such a great experience at the Day Spa at Hotel Nikko SF through ResortPass! I arrived around 1 PM and started with a workout at their gym, which is very well equipped with plenty of machines. It was basically just me and one other person — such a treat! Around 2 PM, my girlfriend and I headed to the pool, and somehow we had the entire pool to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon! 🙌 We enjoyed the cold plunge, hot tub, and pool for a couple of hours. Around 3:30–4 PM, a few parents started arriving with their little ones, so we moved on to the dry sauna and steam room. What a great way to spend the day with a friend! You can work out, swim, relax, use the cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, and steam room, it really has everything you need for a fun and relaxing day without breaking your bank. I would definitely go again! 💕

Such a beautiful property!! The service, views, multiple pools and landscaping are outstanding. Plenty of places to walk/sit around the property. I will definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful time! Their sand bottom "beach pool" for littles is terrific and is the reason we chose Grand Hyatt for a "daycation. " We had a nice lunch at the poolside restaurant as well. I wish Grand Hyatt would bring back the day room option because that is the only thing we were wishing for during our time there -- a place to completely relax and take break in a cool setting.
