Great pool and location, Front desk helpful  and valet parking free . Clean pool and restrooms awesome experience 5 Stars service so far.. 

 Then their poolside service its less than 1 star hotel kind of hotel DRINKS ARE TERRIBLE , Food is overprice and tastes like cardboard.  It takes forever to arrive more than 30 min as they advertise and Be ready to be charged extra for their -to go-delivery poor service and bad drinks.   

It killed the luxury feeling , 

Great Pool/ Poor Service 

Upon arrival, front desk knew nothing about RP.  Could not provide pool access card and never brought as promised.  Waited hours for a lounge chair.  No one ever cleared trash or towels in 6 hrs there.  Bar pos system was down, accepted cash only.  Food had to be sent back.  Overall, disappointing for spending $100+ on passes for 2 and $60+ on F&B. 

Underwhelming Experience for $100+

We enjoyed our afternoon at The Melrose pool.  It wasn't crowded and the music was fun but not too loud.  Michael our bartender/server was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.

Enjoyable day in a nice setting

Our Resort Pass Package included complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which we never received and we couldnt order food because their phone wasnt working.  They were not set up at all to receive Resort Pass customers.  We will never go there again.  Terrible!

Terrible service

My 2 girlfriends and I booked 3 day beds to celebrate my birthday today! Our entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely great. The hotel was beyond accommodating and communicative. We were always made sure we were well taken care of! Some goodies to know to help you book!:
- The pool is a temperature controlled pool and felt amazing on the hot, sunny 84 degree weather Dallas had today! 
- We arrived around 10:30AM and we had full sun exposure starting around 11AM! 
- The pool has their own food menu starting at 11AM, but you can still order from the restaurant inside the hotel! 
- We got the cheeseburger, BBQ sliders, the roasted red pepper hummus, and the turkey club - all AMAZING! They have the best French fries! 
- Mimosas are 15/10!! 
We got wind that today was their 1st official day opening up, but they knocked it out of the park! We will definitely be back!
