Viva Heavens By Wyndham - All Inclusive

It is a good location, I walked here from my resort I was staying at.. wanted a change in scenery and to try new foods. Viva is very small compared to the resort I stayed at and I did not like that. Hotel itself is very beautiful though, pools and beach very lovely. Food was OK. Staff were a bit rude but that can be expected as tourists. I enjoyed their coffee shop they had on site. Overall decent experience but I would not stay at this resort.

Good location, but VERY small resort

Food was very limited and not very good.  Drinks were also limited and serviced in tiny cups.  Bar service was quick.  Front desk made using our pass difficult 

Would not go

We had a good time at this resort. Check-in was smooth, although they keep your drivers license til you leave...a little unnerving. Front desk couldn't break a $100 which limited our tipping ability. Towels were ratty and worn and if you lose the key card for the towel, they will charge you. Hot tub was greenish and not hot. We asked about it but no one seemed to know what was wrong with it. We went to the beach which was very nice and relaxing. Weather was not great but we made the best of it. Lunch was very nice with lots of options. Pool was large and clean but it started to rain so we didn't get to try it. Bathrooms by the pool were just gross, so we used the other ones by the spa. Overall it was good day but we would probably try a different resort next time.

It said it was all adults? There were at least 10 kids running around but regardless it was a cute little spot. Definitely on the smaller side of the resorts. The food was okay, nothing to rave home about. Overall it was a good experience for a day pass. The foam party was cool and different. We had a good day!

Water was full of seaweed and trash. Booking number does not suffice for. Check-in. You need proof of purchase as well. Its usually the email that has the amount paid and the last 4 digits of your credit card. other than that, good was mediocre at best.

Went for day from a cruise. Liquor is cheap and watered down. Food is Golden Corral good. By saying that, this only applies to lunch. Food was there but not worth visiting for. 

Location is amazing. 

Drinks, eh. Not worth visiting for. They have drinks. About the best i can say about them. 

Resort is clean and well kept landscape. 


Great location, drinks/food (lunch). . . Not great

We visited the resort on a day pass as we were traveling through on the cruise ship. The resort is very nice, clean, and the staff was super nice. Food was good. Nothing amazing but just fine for beachside meals. The beach was really nice with plenty of chairs both in the sun or in the shade. We did not spend much time at the pool but it was definitely active as we were leaving. One side appeared to be a more relaxed area while the other side was definitely the party zone. Great value and a really great day at Viva Heavens. Don't hesitate to visit on a day pass. You won't be sorry.

Nice pool, ocean spot is good with lots of chairs.  People working at resort very friendly. 

Great Day pass from cruise ship 

Upon entrance everything looks nice and the receptionist was pleasant. Be aware they take your ID from you in exchange for the resort band. Walking out to the pool you get excited to find nice beach lounge chairs with space to create your own area. The towel has your  towels & you are met with a smile. Moving to the beach a long the path you have a shaded walk for about 2 minutes. The beach is beautiful but unfortunately this is where things go down hill. The bar staff is too busy talking to other staff members to acknowledge our presence but happy to serve you warm beer in an 8oz cup along with a Pina Colada that is dispensed from a machine that is incapable of even making the drink cold never mind frozen. We enjoyed the beach for an hour and a half before anyone from the resort came to check on drinks. The food was not 5 Star; hamburgers from a vat of warm juice and pizza or French fries that were cold and made without care. Not even close to all inclusive spread for the price paid. 

Underwhelming, but has potential
