The ambiance 

Came for the pool, great experience. The bar was top notch as was the service. Definitely coming back.

Great atmosphere 

We unknowingly booked our cabana on a date where a pool party was going on, so it was a little more packed than we expected. 

The service was okay. The bartender didn't seem super knowledgeable about what they had and how much things were. We also ordered fries that they forgot to bring to us. We finally got it an hour later and they offered my friend a free drink for the wait. 

We did like the cabana for 5 and loved being able to access the pool from right next to our cabana. 

Nice for a Girls Day

The servers are amazing and the views are awesome. 

Amazing Service!!

The only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because the day of our reservation they called and told us they doubled booked us. They then asked us to switch our cabana and offered to give us 2 cabana and separate our party. I called back and asked if we could be reimbursed for the difference and was told they could put the difference towards our bar tab but not refunded. Whatever. Was not told to check in at the spa and we did not know to do so automatically(could be our fault). All in all the experience was not bad and other than the mishap with our reservation we had a good time.

Nice vibe

I purchased a spa pass for my husband and I and had a wonderful time. The staff was absolutely attentive and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. We enjoy the spa and finished our stay by the pool. Great bar and delicious drinks and appetizers. Definitely recommend booking a spa pass. 

Spa day 

The location of the pool was great and we had a great time, however, we paid for three daybeds and they only gave us two. They were surprised when I asked to be refunded for the third. They were not very helpful and did not seem to understand the issue with not giving us the third daybed we paid for. Overall we had a great time but very disappointed to pay so much and plan so far ahead and not get what we wanted!
