Fitness

An all natural, all encompassing biophilic wellness facility. Here we will build the foundation, from the ground up, of how to obtain, train, and retain the true meaning of wellness. Offering fitness classes, Yoga sessions, indoor and outdoor sweat space, and a magical wellness recovery spa. The Grounds is your all-natural oasis to strengthen the body and solidify the mind through Grace, Grit, and Gratitude.

Great spot for vibes and trendy atmosphere. Highly recommend for fun, partying or just relaxation. This place has a spacious cabana with great service . Highly recommend! 

Hip trendy and vibrant 

My friend and I came to celebrate her birthday today and it was very quiet. Most of the staff was incredibly friendly from the brunette concierge to the bartenders (Jenna and Reed (?)) to the manager. The only exception was the blonde concierge who we seemed to annoy with our very existence. The daybeds were in the shade but because it was quiet, we were able to sit in the sun-loungers as well. The photobooth wasn't working and we lost some money trying to use it, and the manager was super apologetic and comped a round of drinks. Overall, a great day!

Pool Oasis

We booked a cabana at the Wonderer for a birthday party for our co-worker. Upon arrival we were told their kitchen is closed on Mondays and they were also closing early this day for a team meeting. None of this was mentioned in the booking process, but being in the hospitality industry ourselves, we were understanding that things come up. 

We then ordered food through their preferred partner on Mondays, and when it arrived an hour and a half later, half of our order was missing. We were told we would get 1 free bottle of champagne (for 8 people) + chicken tenders. We never received the chicken tenders, so we asked for them again and were told we weren't getting them.

Meanwhile, our server for poolside drinks was awful. Clearly has never had training in customer service whatsoever. Never asked how we were doing and had a stink face the entire time. Clearly did not want to be there. 

Would NOT recommend. It is not worth the money.

Horrible Service 

Recently rented a cabana at The Wonderer for a bachelorette party of 7 girls. It was a great size, clean, and the staff was helpful and nice. Pricing on food and drinks was also fairly priced. Overall had a wonderful day and would recommend to others for a relaxing, enjoyable pool day.

Perfect Upscale Bachelorette Day

Taylor at The Wonderer was great helping us accommodate our large bachelorette party, making sure we had a great time! The music was at a good level where we could chat and catch up with friends but still have a fun time. Great spot for photos as well :) 

Vibes: Immaculate 

The concept of this place is cool in a city that doesnt have a lot of pools, and the aesthetic of the campus is pretty lovely despite being surrounded by a freeway on one side and a busy street on the other. However the service wasn't great. We were supposed to have a dedicated server with the daybed we rented for $300. Despite there being quite a few servers floating around none of them seemed particularly interested in being attentive to us. The food and drinks when we could get them were good but not great. The daybed itself was pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, the fact that they will not provide a refund under any circumstances no matter how far in advance you cancel is absurd. All in all the experience didn't make us fans or likely to return on our next trip. 

Cool place but service needs work

We initially reserved the "Daybed" which was advertised for "up to 6 people" (which is what we had). The daybed would only fit 2 people, and to use the other chairs it's an additional $20/chair. The manager was nice enough to change our reservation to use 6 chairs instead of the daybed. I would also absolutely not recommend getting the frozen drinks - they have zero flavor. We tried to get different drinks makes after ordering two carafes and were told there was a "ton of booze in them so we can't get you anything different." The food was good and the single serve cocktails were also good. The pool was nice and the rest of the amenities were too. Probably wouldn't go back, but it worked for a pool day.
