Great location 

I booked 3 tickets for my sister birthday May27 and did not get to enjoy the pool because of the rain I sent an email to ResortPass and never got a response to change the date or get a refund and the hotel will not up because this app is 3rd party 

Horrible 

We had a really good experience! The pool is nice & seating is clean & comfortable. View of the city is cool! Hotel staff is really friendly & welcoming. Clean bathrooms & towels. If you are planning to spend the whole day, the closest place to get food & drinks is the pub on the first floor. There is a club level suite right next to the pool, so would be nice if the hotel gave access to day pass holders to help make the cost feel worth it!

Worth it if you plan to spend the whole day

My visit was nothing short of peaceful. The pool was clean. The views were great. Highly recommend. 

Very satisfied 

Sun blocked all day by buildings next to it (they should E mentioned that. 
There is no food and beverage service as described. You have to go get it yourself. And you cant get back in the building from restaurant without waiting for someone to come get you. Its not an infinity pool as described. Its a regular pool

No poolside service as described 

The employees are all wonderful, and the pool was clean, and not overcrowded. There are plenty of cosy corners and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Plenty of shade! 

Relaxing and chic 

The pool was pretty small and was full of kids most of the day. The sun is blocked by buildings for most of the day. There is absolutely nothing included except towels, bathroom access, and a fire pit. The views are nice, but not visible from the pool area. Overall not worth $100 at all. You're better off booking a room.

Not worth the price

Great pool & nice hotel! I got a friendly vibe from the people that were around. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. 

Be Back Next Summer

A lovely rooftop pool with ample seating options. There was lots of cozy large size towels available and easy access to close bathrooms. All was very clean. For a heated pool, was a bit chilly. 

Nice Pool 

Arrived at 10:30 am, and all 6 of the loungers  were occupied. Other seating available. Pool is fairly small, and no towels when we first arrived. After an hour or so, place cleared out and towels were refreshed. Just need to be patient.   Nice little area, but not sure its worth $50pp, no F&B / music.  Staff was very friendly.
