The day pass was definitely worth it! We started our day with a workout, the gym was clean & not busy. After we headed to the pool for lunch & drinks, I got the burger it was tasty. Ended our day with the jacuzzi & the sauna. What a perfect girls day. 

Perfect girls day!

I had a few hours to kill after an early flight so I booked a visit here to get some exercise and chill for a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and was pleasantly surprised by how warm the pool was. The sauna and shower facilities were also great. Would come back here for more exercise 

Great experience

Overall, I really enjoyed my time! I prefer more of a spa experience, and the facility was more of a large gym than a spa but still very nice.  I also liked the pool side service and rooftop jacuzzi.

Great view and beautiful hotel

Many places to exercise and nice locker rooms. I relaxed by the pool and hot tub then finished the day with a shower and sauna session. Food was good too and poolside service was nice! 

Rejuvenating

It was a nice day of leisure. Just what I was looking to accomplish. 

Enjoyable

Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in was very nice, welcoming and quick. Locker rooms were very clean, the gym is outstanding and we enjoyed the sun and the pool. As others have said this isnt the party or kid pool but we got what we were looking for which was a great work out and some relaxation by and in the water. My recommendation for improvement would be the shower drains (water backed up into both our showers very very quickly) and the gentleman who checked us out was kind until I asked if robes or sandals were available to rent with the resort pass, then he got all snooty and said they were reserved for spa guests. So bring your own shower shoes because it is clean but still yuck ya know? 

Perfect wellness day

Terrible experience. They said they have lap pools but its filled with hotel guests, children, and no respect for lap swimming.

I had a pleasant stay. They have saunas, swimming pools, showers, and a gym. Nice views too up on the 4th floor roof. 

Perfect daycation in downtown SD

I spent a lovely afternoon at the Westgate Hotel rooftop pool.  Wonderful pool and lounges and food and drinks and service was excellent. The well-equipped health club and gym were an added bonus.
