Booked cabana 2 at the pool with the water slides for a family of 5. Checking in was seamless and the service was great. We loved the proximity to the beach too and it was a short and easy walk across the street. 

The TV in the cabana had options to log into your own streaming apps, and they provided a nice variety of snacks and bottled waters. The furniture and area inside the cabana was a bit run down, the furniture not 100% clean and the floor inside the cabana was dirty so I didn't feel comfortable walking around in the area barefoot, but we had a great time overall. 

Family Friendly Fun

Bonfire on the beach was perfect!  Amazing service and great location. Really easy.

Excellent hotel and pool with great staff. All the staff are very attentive and the pool is great for kids. Only negative would be the price. $125 is on the expensive side while other hotels are around $60.

$30 for valet parking, $30 flatbread pizza, $20 cocktails...it adds up quickly. I was sad to see that they got rid of the sand play area for children as that was fun for so many of the kids. They built a nice deck area with an ocean view for private chair rentals, which is what I did. They have day beds or chairs for rent and I chose the 2 chairs. I was unaware that by choosing 2 chairs for a rental that it would include a mandatory cabana service charge (I was in a cabana?), cabana fees, and a mandatory gratuity (I would have tipped regardless). If I am going to be charged for cabana services, then at a minimum I would expect complimentary waters and dedicated staff. The server was great at first and then had to cover the main outside bar and disappeared for hours. Lifeguards were not great and no one was up with the kids and adults to monitor when they went down the slides. I didn't see one lifeguard stand up one time for 4 hours. Overall a fun day and leaving some feedback to help.

Amazing Service and Location 

If you haven't you need to! Such an AWESOME hotel staff, shoutout to the Concierge Darby and our Pool Servers Jen & Sarah & Tamara! We were able to upgrade to a day bed as well as have the same service transferred over to the Huntington pool when we decided to move later in the day. The pools themselves are extremely legit, if you're coming with family the waterslides are so much fun and if you choose to go to the Huntington pool, they had a DJ and it's adults only. We can't say enough great things about this spot for resort pass. Such a fun day and felt really taken care of by staff :) Def recommend!

Totally Rad Daycation

We hosted a beach bonfire for a senior sunset event and everything was perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Great service!
