The pool was great. We were greeted and escorted to our day bed, which was set up with towels and water. Service was quick and friendly.

I want to start with service because it was great, me and my friend enjoyed a nice day by the pool and were treated amazing, the staff was very caring and attentive, the pool is with salt water which is nice, doesn't smell like chlorine at all, the food at the pool was delicious, so were the margaritas! Will be definitely coming back! 

Awesome day cation 

they put us in an amazing, reserved space at the pool and we were able to maximize the sun! Lots of loud kids which was kind of annoying, and service for drinks/food was reaaally slow.

Loved our day here! The staff was friendly and gearing up for summer season. We were comfortable and well taken care of. 

Laid back and friendly atmosphere 

Staff members were pleasant but were not attentive and certainly not what I expected from a Ritz Carlton property.  Good value for the Resort Pass which included a $30 pool bar dining credit.  Pool area and overall experience was ok.  I could have stayed longer in the day but decided to drive home instead.

Can't go wrong with this property. Service was spotty but you get a lot from this resort pass so that combined with the location made it a 5 out ot 5.
