Fabulous!

Ritz Carlton always delivers. I have been to this property for work related events, but had never spent time at the pool. This pool experience is great for kids with water slides, lazy river etc. I had booked Resort Pass for a quiet local get away- so this was not the ideal location for that vibe. Service was great and they make Resort Pass guests feel welcome. I also used the Spa- I would not book this spa again, it is really a hallway attached to the gym with treatment rooms. It is not a full Spa experience- My treatment was wonderful. But I just had a totally different day planned. Head here with kids for an awesome pool day and book spa treatments at the other Ritz in Naples!

They treat me so disrespectful, they aid they will join me later even tho I showed my id code they didnt want to provide me even a towel. I never got the card to order. I was absolutely ignored

Peaceful Pool Day

The best of the best. This is not a cheap resort pass but its worth every single penny and then some. As you would expect at a Ritz, the service was top notch. Parking was easy and we easily found our way to the towel cabana where we checked in. An amazingly friendly woman gave us a quick tour of the facilities and helped us chose our lounge chairs (they are included in the cost of the passes and are first come first serve). We arrived at 11AM and there were plenty open. And they all have umbrellas, every single one. So there is no fighting for the chairs with shade. The lounge chairs are literally padded and are the most comfortable ones Ive ever been on. There are three water slides and my 7 year old son was obsessed. The lazy river is gorgeous. But the best part was our server Chris. Ive been at places before where resort pass guests arent treated as well as hotel guests but Chris treated everyone the best. He made our 6 hour stay a true pleasure. 

Would give 10 stars if I could 

We relaxed on the lazy river and then had cocktail and snacks and watched the sun go down over the golf course
