Nice and clean hotel. The pool may not have been cleaned that day, we went early afternoon (12pm) and there was quite a few bugs and leaves. 

Nice Day Stay

From the beginning this hotel had no clue and had not set the staff up for success regarding this "Resort Pass". 
However, the staff stepped in to help and assist us as best as they could under the circumstances.
Firstly, the pool did not open until 10am - stated 9 am online.
We had paid for reserved cabana style/pergola area - no reservations accepted.
No outside restrooms were available, we had to walk down the hallway and through the restaurant area to get to them.
The bar did not open until 2pm!!!!  Fortunately, an employee managed to fix us drinks.
The pool was dirty (sand and debris), which is unacceptable, and the handrail was loose!
However, the food we purchased was very tasty. 
Lastly, this was poorly set up and totally misrepresented.
I will be calling "Resort Pass" regarding these issues.

Not as advertised

The pool area was not like what we expected. The area I paid extra for
was open to anyone at the pool.  The pool was dirty and the Whirl pool had been taken out.   When we did try to get into the pool, we found that it was dirty and had what looked like termites in the pool..  We also thought it had food and drink service at the pool.  The only way to get it was to go to the bar and order.  Very disappointing experience. You may want to re think using that hotel.


Nasty

Room was nice, but unfortunately I had a bad view. The pool and jacuzzi were also closed and that was the main reason i went.

Great hotel

We were the only ones at the pool the day we went and it was amazing! The only issue we had was the staff didn't seem to know at all what time the bar opened nor what time happy hour was, resulted if differing charges for drinks bought within 5 minutes of each other. Otherwise a great experience! 

Super empty!

We purchased this Day Room because we arrived in Houston at 8:00 am and couldn't check into another hotel until 4 pm.  This was a great way to relax for the day.  It had a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchenette.  This was a great value for 4 people and including the parking.  Would purchase again.

Great Stay

The check in process was fast and efficient.  The pool area is nice and clean with plenty of towels.  It would be much nicer if there are umbrellas by the lounge chairs as there is very little of shade.

Good set up

Retreat and refresh at the pool and in a guest suite at this property 3 blocks from The Galleria.
