The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

I had the day pass resort, customer service was great, very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My pass came with a day room which I had the pleasure in getting the ocean side view with a balcony, there's a roof top bar which was amazing. Highly recommended if your looking for luxury experience for this price. 

Great Hotel 

We arrived at 11:00 a.m., you would think that once we got up to the rooftop pool area we would arrive to a nice clean rooftop pool area well that was not the case.  There were spilled red drink on the patio floor near the chairs, the lounge chairs were all over the place not in a neat row as you would expect for arriving so early.  There was a water bottle floating in the pool, there was a champagne cork on the ground near the pool, a few of the umbrellas didn't work and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced as there was a brown film over the water.  The view was great of the ocean and the location was good just was very disappointed to what we paid and the appearance of the grounds when we arrived.  We did also have trouble at the rooftop bar confirming the details of the VIP pass and what was included, bartender had to message the Food and Beverage Manager a few times to get this approved.  

Great location, not a great venue

The hotelpool area is very small, dirty and not updated.
Most of the umbrellas were broken and rusty, the restroom area is also old, everything is getting on in years. 
There were no pool-service: no help with towels, beds or umbrellas, nor drinks or food. All Self-service.

The staff behind the bar was very friedly! 

Go anywhere 

Peaceful, plenty of loungers, fabulous pool! This is the perfect place to get away for the day. Bar service and menu choices were great. Would definitely go back.

My experience here was very good.  It was very cold and breezy today.  Lisa the bartender was great and I loved fir service.  I definitely have to go back when the sun is really out and hot.
