The resort was beautiful, food great, drinks amazing and Jesus and Antonio were the best staff! They helped answer all of our questions as well as making sure the drinks stayed plentiful.

I've been to this hotel before for all-inclusive week and was not really satisfied. Gave them a second chance and decided to go back for a Day Pass because the kids liked the slides and waterpark. That being said, its ALWAYS complicated at Security and Reception. It took 1h for us to get to enjoy the facilities. Needless to say the kids were impatient. The buffet is also terrible, subpar for all the other great options in Ixtapa. No issues with Resortpass, but not recommending this hotel. This is part of Hyatt, they should get in there and revamp asap

Do not recommend Sunscape

This place was just as described - nice, big, clean resort located in a prime location on a gorgeous beach.  The facilities were great.  Staff was warm and friendly.  No issues using our day passes.  Loved everything about it.
