Overall just a confusing process.  Nobody knew what the pass was or where I needed to go so I went to the Spa area.  He also didn't know what to do and just let me in since he's seen them before.  Never made it past the spa pool which was relaxing but I did want to enjoy the other main pool.

Pretty spot. Heated pool wasnt quite warm enough for a pool day in low 70s weather.

We usually go to the Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa. We booked this today and we loved the great welcoming staff and the facility was amazing, heated pool, sauna. Hot tub steam room, robes and drinks by the pool great day!
