We loved that it was crowded at all on Fathers Day this year. The splash pad area with slides was a great option to spend time with our kiddos, and the fact that its separated from the pool makes pool time extra relaxing and somewhat quiet. We got great chair under a shaded area by the pool bar. Paid parking, no validation. Would go back.

Great day with kids

Dead rat in bushes next to kids shower in pool area. Parking is 40$! Its not Disney world for crying out loud ! Pools were clean looking. Pool area was cozy for family.

Kids area was fun for a bit until the waterside was turned off for due to wasps and nests. There was a dead rat by the water station. (They came and cleaned it up, still gross) Kids Area is not as big as it looks. I bought the group pass for myself and my two children for $80 including tax. And then paid $41 for parking. And My family also purchased a separate group pass and 2 parking passes as well. The pass should have been a lot less and parking is ridiculous! Okay $20 for parking would have been acceptable, maybe because its a resort but it was not resort like except for the pricing. Checking in, was easy, but the staff have no emotion, and I felt like it was a burden to them. Staff never came to see if we were doing alright, welcomed us or if we wanted to order food etc. Not at all worth $120. Not even close. I will not be back there. This was my very first time purchasing a resort pass and this will be my last time.

We went here for Fathers Day with our 18 month old. We particularly picked this resort due too the splash pad and toddler water slide area. The place needs a much needed Reno and new paint. Some areas of the kid zone were very rough cutting her knees and buttocks up. Some areas on the slide had me concerned about cutter her. I was afraid of her getting tetanus. Also the price to park is rediculous charging 38$. We would not return and would not recommend to small children. The splash pad would n our town is way better than this place and its 2$ to get in.

Relaxing day, parking for the day pricey, $40.00 Resort pass guest. Food and drink prices to be expected. Pool and area very relaxing for a daycation...

Had a great time.  Pool was great and so was the food!  Definitely would go back!

Great Hotel!

It is not crowded. So relaxing. The bathroom smells good. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and place

At this place, you immediately get hit with $38 parking fee right off the bat (that is only charged to ResortPass purchasers). Food not allowed in but if you get hungry (or worse, your kids get hungry) +$140 for a burger, chicken tenders, fries and 4 beers (20% gratuity automatically applied). What I thought will be a reasonable $140 turned into a $320 day (not to mention the $50 I spent in gas to get there and back). PLENTY of other options at half the price! SCAMMERS, NOT AGAIN! I will admit though, the burger was tasty but 1 star for the deception in fees and prices.

Very good amenities. My granddaughter loved the water slides. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, the restaurant had great food and reasonably priced. Cant wait to go back

Very nice resort with everything you need. Customer service is amazing and everything is within reach. Great for all types of customers and families.
