We had the vip cabana for a birthday celebration and has a great time. The food and drinks were good and the location was beautiful. The restrooms were very convenient and clean. Our one complaint would be that the service was only ok. When you reserve a cabana (and pay that much) the expectation is a dedicated server or at least focused attention. We frequently had to go up to the bar to get service- both from in the cabana and the pool. Sometimes we would track someone down only to be told they werent a server. We expected more, since we have reserved cabanas at other locations and experienced exceptional service, never having to track anyone down - regardless is where we were in the pool.

The staff was so friendly , helpful,. The cabana was posh, comfortable , and service impeccable. The pool was pristine and the roof top view was beautiful

Peaceful Perfect Pool Time

So good!!!

Hotel is gorgeous, pool was the perfect temperature, the hot tub is beautifully designed.  Lots of open seating and fluffy towels provided.  There is a bar right at the pool, and the location is great for getting food/shopping. Bathrooms are right by the pool and are kept spotless. Only problem was that the music was at a reasonable volume and an employee came and turned it up halfway through our swim.  It was too loud to even have a conversation in most areas of the pool deck after that.

The pool bar and kitchen are closed during the week, but you can order food through the room service QR code. You cannot order drinks; you have to go to the bar downstairs yourself. However, Michael, the hotel manager, was by the pool briefly and offered to bring us drinks! Super nice guy, and he really strives to take care of the cabana guests especially!
The space and pool is very nice, and it will be even nicer during weekends once the bar and kitchen are open. Very few people were there during the week.
I loved the lounger chairs (4 total) in the shallow end. Also the pool is heated very nicely, and the hot tub is awesome!

Michael saved the day!

If you go on a Sunday, beware! There is absolutely no service from the staff. The bathrooms were locked, the wifi didn't work, the food was cold when it was finally delivered and the mimosa was so full of pulp it was almost undrinkable. Who makes a mimosa with orange juice full of pulp? Overall, super disappointing for such a luxury hotel.

The bar closed much earlier than it was supposed to, but that's my only complaint!

Absolutely wonderful

The services were excellent - when I arrive at the front desk they were very cognizant with what I was doing. Excellent !

MARVELOUS

We had a great time at the Renaissance pool. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming-from the front desk to the pool employees. Marc Burnikel, Director of Restaurants checked on us several times to see if everything was good. The cabana was clean and had a refrigerator and safe. The bathrooms were close and very clean. The pool is a one of the larger hotel pools so it did not feel crowded. We will definitely go back there again!
