Pullman Miami Airport Hotel 

My first time using this platform anfd it was nothjng short of awful.  I purchased 3 passes.  Received email confirmation, but this hotel stated it was never received in their system.  Stated I should contact seller for refund.

Did Not Acknowledge Confirmation 

We chose this hotel because its very close to our home. When we arrived around 2 pm we go to the front desk and show the reservation in our phone and the attendance really know what kind of reservation it was. Then we were available to go the pool quickly. The pool was clean and easy very quite. The only thing is that the bar is inside of hotel so you have to go inside the hotel to buy food or drinks. Parking was easy to and its only 5 dolar. We enjoyed a relax day as we planned. 

Very convenient. Hotel was quiet. 

We needed a day room to pass about 8 hours before our flight home from a cruise. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was WiFi included. I especially loved the pool area. It was quiet and relaxing.

Love the hotel n the pool more  it rain hard that afternoon but after 10
Minutes the sun was out and we enjoy the beautiful clean area pool

Group of 8 travelling. We opted for a day pass after disembarking the Disney Cruise as we had an evening flight. No day rooms were available . 

Pros- close to the airport, shuttle to airport, nice pool,  loungers & towels , close to food outlets only a short walk away.
Cons- Staff wasnt the friendliest Im not sure I seen a single staff member smile the whole day. No were to have a shower/get changed for flight home. Expected to get changed for the pool in a toilet cubicle. After a long hot day it made for an uncomfortable flight home feeling sticky & gruby.  
Based on this we would try elsewhere next time.

Great hotel, pool, and beautiful lake view!!!!

Checked out of our South Beach hotel at 12pm and our flight to home to Atlanta wasn't until 8pm. What a great way to unwind and spend a day at the pool with my 4 year old!  Quiet. Professional. And an AMAZING pool.
