Fun event at great place

Great spot in Carlsbad, however the experience at the hotel was not as great as I was hoping. There was no food at the resort pass pool and nothing close by :/

Good location 

Not as advertised

Great resort and fun for the kids, but the service was horrible. $500 for a cabana and never served. Bathroom needed to be cleaned each time we used them. 

Excellent location. Awful service. 

We got the garden pool pass. It was not the best experience as there was no poolside service and the mini market was quite a distance from us. Also. The pool was used by the lifeguards for training. 

The staff was very nice though. They gave us our food vouchers and we were able to take the food down at the pool.  

Beautiful resort 

The property at Omni Resort La Costa was gorgeous. I invited 7 of my girlfriends to relax by the pool for my birthday and we had a great time. The $30 credit for food & beverage was amazing. The food was delicious. The staff at the resort was the best

I'll be back!

The Omni in La Costa never disappoints. Service is surprisingly better every time I come. When I think they cant get better they do. They step up their game! Great energy, clean pools and clean jacuzzis. Beautiful flowers and so much to do!

Great vibes 

My husband and I had a wonderful day at Omni La Costa. We booked a Spa Pass and spent a great and relaxed day just driving 30 minutes from San Diego. Got there around 11:30am. Robe, sandals, and plenty of towels available. Private locker and complimentary parking (we used the self-park). The food included was delicious, and the cafe staff was very kind and attentive. They also have many teas and flavored water available in many rooms. Sauna, steam room, hot tub and the heated spa pool made our day! In the men's part they also have Cold Plunge. We left around 6PM when they close the pool area. We loved spending our day there and want to come back!

Wonderful Day

The pools and waterslides were lovely, but the value was not. We splurged on La Costa, thinking it was a special treat, but the experience was less enjoyable than the resorts we usually visit for half the price. And then we paid another $40 for parking on our way out!

Also, the food at the family pool was disappointing: resort prices for subpar burgers/sandwiches served with a bag of chips. Eat elsewhere. The drinks were good though!

Not the greatest

Bought the day pass to the garden pool, grounds surrounding the pool area was pretty but the pool area was dirty and untidy. Lots of trash and unkept.
