Omni Interlocken Hotel

Its gets a little crowded on the weekend with hotel guests finishing their stay by the pool before their late check out. It clears out after lunch, food wait was about half hour-45 minutes at peak time. Bartenders were awesome! Great that the  hotel had pool noodles and bingo! Pools nice, well kept. kids rate was kind of high, might be more cost effective to just book a room. Maybe by design to have less kids there. Great for older kids but not babies and toddlers.  

Pretty good value if you are there the whole day

The resort and pool it's self was nice.   We got there right at 11 a.m. which was the time listed on our resort pass.  It was hard to find a chair at that time.  The bar tenders had no idea what they were doing and the drinks were pricey.  I ordered a mojito that cost $14 and it was literally lemonade with rum.  Not sure what their idea of a mojito is. Also with there being 2 pools it would be nice if one of them could be adults only.  

Nice Resort and Pool

I believe this place is normally good but, we may have gone on the wrong day. The moment we parked, thunder clouds rolled in and when I asked the hotel staff if I could go just check out the pool to see if its worth it, I noticed one pool was half empty/shut down (like, had no water in it) and the other had maybe a few people because of the weather. I told the front desk staff I wanted a refund and they said I needed to talk to ResortPass. Well, its been a full 7 days and I still dont have so much as a credit. ResortPass takes a full 24-48 hours or more to respond because you have to email which is ridiculous and when they do respond, its to say they have to investigate with the hotel. Well, the hotel gave my friend a note as proof they shut down the pool due to weather so theres no reason why I cant get a refund. I never even got to check in due to the rain and thunder! I paid $100 for absolutely nothing. Do NOT use ResortPass. The customer service has completely deteriorated. Awful!

Nice pools and we were able to get cocktails and lunch. It was a great day.

We had a nice day 

We loved our time at the Omni and the pools are equally as nice!  The top pool has a bar and grill and serves delicious food (try the Gyro, you won't regret it!)  The drinks were good as well but a little short on pool attendants, but the line was short, and service was fast at the pool bar.  The lower pool has a deep end, that my kids enjoyed jumping in and diving down to get the toys.  The hot tub is large and a great temp!  We will definitely be using Resort Pass again for our next visit to these awesome pools.

The pool it self is not that great. I did see a worker pouring what looked like bleach into the pool. The high review is for staff.  From checking in and eating at the tap room, the level of service is impeccable. 

Service was amazing 

we went on a thursday & it wasnt too busy. it was a nice relaxing cool off day when it was too hot to hike. food & drinks were good, a little pricey (as expected). they provide towels & sun screen. clean bathrooms but no showers available
