The hotel was terrible and I had a three room suite. There was zero staff to help with any problem. The operator hangs up when you call.. they have robust security that would try and help but they are not associated with the property and cant resolve a problem. My entire time here I did not see another person associated with the resort. This is very dangerous if there is a real problem: 

Whats pretty telling is that everyone who I did speak to that worked in the building suggested that we stay at ocean or hard rock and advised that they would never stay in this hotel. After spending close to $400 a night on the suite and over $300 for the water park. Its great to hear the person at the check in desk tell you this is a shit hotel Funny thing is he wasn't exaggerating.  

And dont get me started on that water park
dont waste your time and money its not worth it. After I am done writing this the automatic prompt will apologize. But Anyone who paid to be here deserves a refund. 

Terrible not worth it

There were not many things for younger children to do. They closed the pool for what they said was cleaning at about 4:30-5 pm and kept it closed until the park was closing. They had all the children waiting around instead of just telling them that the pool was closed for the night. It was a waist of time and money. Definitely not recommending this indoor waterpark. 

Would not recommend 

We loved the adult-only section! Drinks were pricey but we enjoyed the day and the bartender was great. Wish they had a better locker room/changing room/bathroom setup but other than that it was very relaxing, especially in January! 

Great Winter Mini-Getaway

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. We paid for the adult only experience which was pretty much a regular hotel pool with a bar that had a subpar selection.  If you come here just do the regular kiddie experience and save your money on the adult upgrade.  We had to leave that area for the bathroom and food and they were annoying with scanning your wristband at entry. A plus was they give complementary massages which I did not partake in.  

A bit overrated 

Nice but one thing I didn't like, no separate locker room/ restroom for ladies and men. Sharing space is unacceptable 
No seating in changing areas 
Very disappointing 

Fun park but too small
