We were dissappointed from the beginning. It was not clear where to check in but we ended up at the pool attendant desk to finally check in. We were handed towels and taken to a cabana that had standard lounge chairs unlike those in the picture and the towels were not laid out for us. The view was absolutely lovely, I will admit that. It took over an hour for our server to finally visit us to take our order after we asked multiple times. We ended up getting our first round of drinks from the bar ourselves which kind of defeated the purpose. The pool attendants hardly spoke English which made it difficult to get assistance with blocking the sun using the cabana sides which had difficult hooks we could not adjust ourselves. The cabana floor was covered in bird poop and we were harassed by birds the whole time we were eating lunch. We were told we would have to leave the cabana at 5p though the pool was open until 9p. I would not pay $250 again knowing the quality of the seats and service

Great view but not worth the money

Everyone from the valet, to the pool staff, and the therapists at the spa we FANTASTIC!! Didn't love all the extra noise..construction, power washing, etc..

Nice staff!!

This is the very first time I used Resort Pass for a Day Pass.  The whole experience was terrible. 

Booking on Resort Pass was easy but after you book there is no specific information on where you check in at the hotel when you get to the resort. 

They Hyatt front desk/Check In is on the 2nd  or 3rd floor. Got there they told us we need to go to the Pool Area. Got to the pool area the young attendant was very helpful. Told us we can leave our bags/luggage at the first floor. Then we can take any lounge chairs around the pool. We looked around all tge lounge chairs were taken. If it wasn't for this kind attendant we would not have had a place to lounge with the very few hours we had. 


The food was OK not great but OK. The drinks were great. The hostess was great too. 

For the experience we had I would definitely ask for a refund. So wasn't worth it.

The Cabana and the service was amazing. We enjoyed the cocktails as well as the food. 

Hyatt @ Waikiki Day Pass

The staff at the pool were very nice and helpful. 
The Cabana we rented was very uncomfortable. The cushion sagged in the middle. And, we were not in the shade as advertised. 

Great Location 

After getting of a 12 day cruise, this was not what I expected at all. Ended up just sitting on the beach all day long. (Flight didn't leave until 9 PM) Only good thing was we had somewhere to store our luggage. 

Great Hotel, super friendly staff and nice pool and chairs for the beach.  Nice restaurant adjacent to the pool

Great day

Lovely pool area overlooking the beach.  Cabanas are shaded but we were able to use sun loungers that were in the sun. Water provided and towels provided in the cabanas 
Good bar service with nice cocktails 
Short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.  Great value for money 

Great daycation!

We used the pool and the have us chairs for the beach too! We had come in by cruise ship and decided to get this daypass ..took a bottle of rum in my cup and sandwiches and used their pool and chairs! It was easy and fast check in..pool is small but works..

This resort was nice!

Very easy and everyone accommodating.  Would use again.
