The resort pass photos are way nicer than the actual hotel/property. The pool chairs are crammed in so tight there is no room to walk around them, half of the umbrellas are broken, the bar has limited items (no limes/lemons etc) and the poolside service is really just someone dropping off your food. 
People were smoking cigarettes and weed.

What absolute fun with amazing accommodations that I ended up booking a two story suite for my friends if anyone wanted to stay which one person did as well as myself.  Food was amazing at the Hurricane Hut by the pool as well as the drinks along with 5 star service!!  Highly recommend with amazing view of the gulf with paddle boards, kayaks and boats to rent too!

I was so happy with the experience at the Hyatt. From the moment we got off to park valet, the attendants were friendly and attentive. The lobby was spotless and the check in process for the day pass was simple. The pool was perfect to spend the day with my little ones. The view of the boats and the waterfall was all they needed. There was a play area for kids off the side of the pool. The food from the bar was also delicious! Everything tasted fresh and not frozen. We will definitely be coming back.

We have used Resort Pass before but was quite disappointed with the reality of the pool and pool bar at this location.
It was our fault to book on a holiday because it was packed..FULL of KIDS.
But that wasn't the issue. Not enough chairs, the bar was a joke. Def did NOT have resort feel at all! There was bird poop on the chairs. The water was very filmy, not clear or clean feeling. Likely from all the sunblock or oils. It was not a relaxing, resort like day away! In fact we stayed only about 2 hours because there was no where to walk or sit. This had a motel vibe at best.
We ordered a White Claw and one drink which totaled $25! I would never return nor recommend.
