We loved the cabana. It was nice to be able to go in the shade, keep things in the fridge, and close the curtains for a poolside nap! We loved the slides.

Fun!

All staff were courteous and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. The service rendered was top notch.

Great Location

This was a great day at the Hyatt pool! It was the perfect mix for adults and kids to enjoy the summer weather. The only negative is that there weren't many umbrellas around so we moved chairs a couple times. Drinks were great and the food was ok, better than most poolside bars and restaurants.

Fun staycation 

For Fathers Day, I had For Fathers Day, 
For Fathers Day I had rented a cabana for my husband and family. The day started off amazing however we ran into a code brown. This cold brown shut down all pools for two hours. Once pools were open again we ran into a lightning issue which again close everything down. Our server (Kiowa)  with the coconut grill was amazing the whole time, but we are disappointed that we did not have compensation for three hours lost due to the code Brown and lighting delay. 

Good time.. but be aware

Beautiful view comfortable setting 

Great pool area! We brought water and had lunch at the pool restaurant, fair price and delicious food. We had valet service for a little extra! Definitely worth! 

Its was a wonderful experience! 

I never would have known about this beautiful hotel if it were not for an event at the Orange County convention center. Enjoyed my day at the hotel while family attended the convention! 

My partner & I have been traveling throughout Florida for decades. Our experience at this Hyatt has been overwhelmingly the finest most memorable of all our other stays in any/all the other (dozens upon dozens of) locations in the Orlando area we have had a pleasure to stay!!! Without exaggeration ALL the aspects of this Hyatt are superb, from the building itself to the professionalism, courteous, & pleasant demeanor demonstrated by of each and every staff member encountered, (special shout out to Jason and Kieow) to our extraordinary delight with the great taste of the available pool menu items! (as is well known... the heat & serve items are typically lack luster at best yours are great!) The Hyatt Regency Orlando is at the very top of our best locations and our recommended to friend & families list. Thank You all for a wonderful and most memorable experience!!! DJH

Best vacation experience in decades!!!

The cabana could have been just a lil more cleaner.

The food was great, the pool wasn't too cold.
