The day was wonderful. Palm trees, heated pool and whirlpool, fruity cocktails, waterfalls... it was all perfect. Highly recommend others check this out!

I rented a cabana for the day. I never got a confirmation email - in fact, I got one for someone ELSE who checked into the hotel spa. Directions on how to check in were vague. We got to the spa desk and got our parking covered but no room key like the description said. They brought us to the pool area where we were told "take any cabana" so we did. I knew it came with water and a food voucher so I went to the towel hut. They moved us from the cabana we picked to one by the bar. Fine. I had to ask for my food voucher. I had to ask for the waters. The cabana itself was nice but the zipper didn't zip to close out the sun. The hours on the website stated 10-7, on the confirmation it was 10-6. The restaurant hours were 11-7 but it closed at 5. Everything seemed like an after thought and when I booked I was told "only three cabanas left" but NONE of the other ones had people in them. Disappointed with the organization, for what I paid I should have just done a cheap day pass.

My family and I had a great time at the pool, beautiful experience will definitely go back again.

We visited the Hyatt Regency Orlando with my brother- and sister-in-law while they were in town visiting. We had a blast! The spa staff who checked us in were friendly and accommodating. The pool staff was attentive and kind. The space is beautiful, complete with water slide, waterfall feature, and a huge pool with plenty of sun chairs to lounge in!

We did not rent any Cabana. There were enough areas to sit. Weather was bit to the colder end but the heated water made it wonderful experience for the kids.

We have a beautiful day at the resort. The check-in was easy. The atmosphere was friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool area is spacious and clean. Excellent for taking pictures. An equal amount of sun and shade. We received good service from our Cabana Attendant. We swam, used the hot tub, had lunch and drinks. All in all we had a beautiful relaxing day!

So happy I stumbled across Resortpass- we had 6 hours before our flight departed and want to find something to do in that time. We booked a day pass at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. what a great secret! we lounged by the pool, ordered lunch and drinks and swam in the heated pool. A great ending to our vacation! I highly recommend Resortpass if you are looking for a relaxing day on your next trip.

I went on a Tuesday in October. The check-in desk is 1 elevator floor down from the main lobby. Check-in was quick and easy, and they showed me the pool, restrooms, and restaurant. The day pass doesn't include the Rooftop poo in case anyone is wondering. It was kind of busy but there was still enough space to have your own. There's menus scattered around on the pool chairs and I got a drink, and the food looked good. The hotel advertises their pools as being heated, but me and several others thought it was not. It's not ice cold but it's not warm either. It was cold enough to want to go sit in the hot tub for a bit. One of the things thst was upsetting though, was that, they do validate your parking (parking is $27), and they gave me a ticket at check-in, and when it was time to leave you have to scan the barcode in the machine, - and it did not work. The validation ticket said it had insufficient funds or something like that, and there were cars behind me waiting to get out of the garage, so I still ended up paying to park. It was upsetting because it's your day off work, you want to do something fun but cheap, and still end up paying double at the end of the day.

Had a wonderful day at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Super nice staff. Great pool and bar.

We had a very nice day at the Hyatt Orlando. Here were the things we really liked: 1) The Hyatt was a beautiful hotel with a nice main pool in the main tower and a smaller lap pool in the 2nd tower building. 2) The main pool is completely shaded by the tower until about noon. We liked this although guests wanting morning sun should go to the lap pool which was sunny. 3) The pool was not crowded at all, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for afternoon shade. This was a pleasant surprise for a late October visit. 4) Food and service was excellent at Coconuts, the poolside grille & bar. There were a few issues experienced during our visit: 1) Resortpass check in was confusing; we got the impression that the main lobby personnel did not know anything about Resortpass. After a while they finally figured out that we needed to check in at the Spa desk. 2) Spa personnel had to walk us through the main pool entry gate which was locked. This meant that every time we left the pool area, we had to get spa personnel to re-escort us through the pool gate. 3) The pool staff said the water temperature was 82-86, but it was clearly not heated and was much colder. Overall, we would recommend visiting the Hyatt Orlando.
