Weve been here a few times and its always a good experience. There were plenty of chairs, the kids has fun on the slide and other water activities. There is a bar and good food. Parking is easy and included. I will definitely be back we always have a good time 

Fun day with the kids 

This hotel is beautiful, but the pool they push you to is VERY crowded, no spare chairs anywhere and a lot of people in the pool. There is also not enough staff to keep it clean. There were dirty wet towels on the ground and chairs, and the garbages were overflowing. The "game areas" also had food waste and garbage around them. The "lifeguards" at the water slide pay no attention, were on their phones the entire time, and do not adhere to the height limit. It is very dangerous for kids. The food was good and the wait staff was very friendly, but we will not be going back here again.

I absolutely loved it. I needed a quick getaway with my 2 year old son and we enjoyed the pools a lot. The Oasis pool was fun with the splash area but my favorite was the serenity pool just to relax. I also had lunch at the Shor restaurant and it was ok. They definitely need more staff. I waited an hour for my food and a drink but other than that the resort was fabulous.

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. The kids had a ton of fun. The only reason I give this  4 stars instead of 5 is because the kitchen, bar service, and water slides shut down much earlier than what we expected and was described to us in the cabana description when we booked. so ultimately it ended up ending our day 3 hours sooner than we wanted.  Other than that everything else was wonderful

It was everything, 3 diff pool areas, Jacuzzi's, plenty of clean long lounge chairs, the hotel, the pool area and bathrooms alllll clean and sanitized and up to date, it doesn't get any better than this !!!

Perfect Price, Perfect Place!!

Check in was very unorganized, we were instructed to wait by the pool gate for an attendant to take us to our cabana. After 15 min of waiting we managed to flag someone down and they told us to just grab any of the open cabanas, no one even bothered to take down the 'reserved' chain hanging across the cabana. 

To order food or drinks we had to go direclty to the bar in the back because nobody ever came to help us. Not the experience we've typically had when renting a cabana in any other place. Worst part is it wasn't even busy that day. 

Terrible service

The facility is more run down then the pictures lead you to believe. We got a cabana and it was not worth $300. The slide and splash pad are only open for small increments of time and close at 4. Drinks are all $17+ but the food was delicious.
