Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa

Love coming here with my family when we have visitors in town. The pool is kid friendly with tons for everyone to do. We could float in the river all day. My son loves the slide and water play area for kids by the entrance. Food at the pool grill is delicious (drinks are a bit pricey, but expected at nice resort). Great place to spend the day and unwind!

Perfect daycation

The pool facilities are nice and good for children to enjoy. There were a few issues that if corrected would make the overall experience better. 
The check in point for a resort pass is not the main desk in the lobby, as stated on my reservation. I found that out after waiting in line that I needed to go to the concierge office instead. 
The card I was issued to unlock the pool gate did not work.
 The pool side restaurant did not accept cash, luckily I did bring a credit card. 
The hot tub switch for the jets did not work but the water was warm, just missed having the jacuzzi experience. 
The parking code validation did not work when we tried to leave. I tried it several times and had to call the help number to be let out.
The watermelon and french fries I ordered were good and the wait staff courteous.
Overall, my granddaughter enjoyed her day there so the glitches were just minor inconveniences.

Lazy river is nice 

We had a great experience! Drinks were good and loved the 18+ section and pool! The lazy river was so relaxing.

Had an amazing time in the lazy river, and enjoyed some fantastic drinks! Service was top-notch as well.

Fantastic daycation spot!

This is my 2nd visit to lost pines, this time was much more crowded than the first time, most of the seating  areas were blocked off and reserved the only chairs left were in the direct sun with no umbrella. I would recommend getting there when they open to snag a chair with some shade. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great food and drinks. Both times we have gone the parking validation did not work and we had to pay for parking even though its advertised as included. Over all will definitely be back. 

Relaxing day 

The resort pass was easy to find a great spot, book it, and use it. It had many options and created a wonderful experience to our vacation.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with the pool pass. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with the pool pass. It wasn't crowded and very clean. The lazy river was perfect with a nice mix of sun and shade. My son loved the water slide. Lounge chairs were easy to find. The pool restaurant was really good and the kids meal was a great value. Drinks are overpriced, but delicious. Towel service a plus. Remember to bring your parking ticket in when you redeem your day pass so they can validate it for you. Overall, an excellent place to escape for the day. The price is a little high, but I would go again.

Beautiful, chill place to escape for the day

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our day of relaxation on the lazy river with wonderful drinks and food brought to us by your friendly server. The only issue I have with it is that it started lightning and thunder and we had to get out of the pool and we never got to go back in, we were only able to go around the river three times 

Hyatt lost pines

Feel kinda out of place there. I don't think they like black people there.
