Great space

I took my kids there as part of our summer break and the lagoon pools are gorgeous and it includes any of the boats on the lake as well as the sport courts and bikes! I highly recommend visiting just know that the parking is $40 with whatever taxes and fees they add.

Beautiful facilities!

Hyatt is our favorite resort pass place. The pools are spacious with a pass thru grotto with lots of waterfalls. Wait staff is helpful and prompt. I got my first ever  hair wrap so it was a fun daycation!

Everything we read was true. Staff were great, grounds immaculate, food and drinks tasty, and the amenities were an added treat.  We were in cabana 2 which was right next to the towel pick up/pool bar. The cabana is well worth it! Plenty of shade, a large cabinet with storage and a large fridge. You also get a really large fruit bowl which was delicious. Tran was our server and he was fantastic. He was always there when we needed him and food and drinks always came out super quick. I took advantage of the lake and did some stand up paddle boarding and got to see some cool birds and a river otter. The pool is not small by any means but is a little smaller than I expected. Would definitely come back here with our kids!

Wonderful!

My wife and I reserved a ResortPass for a Daycation on my birthday and this property didn't disappoint. From the entrance of hotel to the pool grounds everything was AMAZING. All of the pool attendants were very attentive but a special shout out to our attendant(Tran) who made sure we didn't want for anything. Thanks for making for making my birthday great. If anyone's in the Orlando area...dont hesitate to reserve a resort pass for this property, A++.

Great Daycation

We had a wonderful day at Hyatt Grand Cypress.  There are so many things to do all included in the day pass.  We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, paddle boarding, and biking.  It did rain for a couple of hours (typical of Florida), but this just gave us an excuse to explore the inside of this beautiful resort as well.  It was a perfect blend of luxury and natural Florida.

The pools and hot tub are great!! Everyone that we encountered was super nice. I especially loved KellyJo at the check in desk. Always smiling and willing to help in anyway that she can. The ducks are even friendly. We will definitely return

Beautiful facility and service

This was a great location! I had 6 hours of free time while I waiting for my coworkers to land. Pools and food service was great! I loved the guest lounge with private bathrooms/showers. Cant wait to come back!
